Job Description:

• Proficiently operate CNC milling/turning/laser cutting/stamping machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Set up machines, including work holding, tooling, and offsets, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
• Monitor machine operation, adjust parameters as needed to ensure optimal performance and part quality.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a machinist, with proficiency in milling/turning/laser cutting/stamping operations.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, techniques, and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule as required by production needs.

Job Description:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections at incoming, in-process and final inspection
• Ensure all products being inspected based on engineering drawing
• Interact with supervisor and engineer on all rejected parts and take necessary actions immediately
• Responsible to assign proper checking methods
• Maintain clear identification of conforming and non-conforming components by using proper labelling system

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum SPM with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Able to interpret drawing and specification
• Product inspection skills & attention to details
